「雨の記憶」（2014年 作曲:水嶋一江）
雨の匂い、滴、夕立、出会うたびに記憶を刺激し懐かしいイメージを紡ぎ出す。懐古的なコード進行は下降しながら雨のリズムを刻み続ける。時折ピチカートで表される水滴、弦をはじいた後パフォーマーの腕が余韻の軌跡を描く。音と視覚のポリフォニーで様々な強度の雨の生態を描き出している。
“A Memory of Rain”(2014 composed by Kazue Mizushima) The smell of rain opens the door to our old memories. Whenever we encounter a drop of water bouncing in a puddle, a drizzle, or an evening shower, it stimulates our memories and spins nostalgic images. The nostalgic chord progression continues to descend with a rhythm that symbolizes rain. The pizzicato sound represents a drop of water, and the performer’s arm draws a lingering trail after the strings are plucked. The polyphony of sound and body expression depicts various aspects of rain.

ピチカートのアンサンブル。水溜りに落ちる雨の飛沫が踊っているよう。こども時代の楽しい雨の一日。
An ensemble piece with a delightful pizzicato tone. It expresses the dancing of rain droplets falling in a puddle. A small piece depicting a fun rainy day in childhood.
